MAJOR We have introduced a new stacking and priority feature in Promotions Builder within Commerce Manager. This feature allows you to assign priority levels to promotions and stack multiple promotions together. With priority settings, you can control the order in which promotions are applied, giving you greater flexibility and precision in managing discounts. MINOR You can now extend product prices by adding custom attributes to a product price. This enables you to optimize your pricing data, enhancing your ability to respond to market dynamics and customer preferences. For more information, see Add a product price to a price book.

MINOR A new Get all Prices endpoint allows you to retrieve all prices for a product, irrespective of the different price books that include that product's price. For example, you can filter for all prices for a specified sku, or filter for all prices changed before or after a given date. This will retrieve prices from all price books. For more information, see Get all product prices.

MINOR Commerce Manager: A new and improved Bundle Builder is available. The new bundle builder features an upgraded visual design, making it easier to use and more intuitive, with a smoother interface that simplifies the bundle creation process. For more information, see Creating Bundles.

MINOR Commerce Manager: Improved account search functionality to enable more effective filtering by name, legal name, registration ID, and external reference. For more information, see Searching Accounts.

MINOR When exporting products in Product Experience Manger, new fields in the exported CSV file capture the date and time a product and a template was created and/or updated. For more information, see Export Products.

MINOR Commerce Manager: When you navigate to Store > Promotions, a new Search coupon code field allows you to filter a promotion code across all promotions. For more information, see Searching a Promotion Code.

MAJOR Commerce Manager: We have introduced a new Integration Builder design. This enhanced Builder experience allows you to:

  • Build integrations faster and easier in a low-code environment.
  • Streamline designer canvas that optimizes space usage.
  • Add and configure integration steps with improved efficiency.
  • Navigate seamlessly with introduction of new panning and zooming features.

MINOR When automatically adding free gifts in the shoppers cart, you now have to ensure that the currency of automatically added gift items matches with the currency of the eligible items. Additionally, the free gift item must be within the same catalog as the eligible items. In case of a currency mismatch, the cart response includes an error section addressing the issue with free gift items. For more information, see Promotions.

MINOR Added new filtering attributes to facilitate searching for a promotion code within a specific promotion and filtering advanced promotion usages. For more information, see Get all Promotions and Get Promotion Codes.

Additionally, in Commerce Manager, we have added a new Search coupon code field to filter a promotion code within a specific promotion. For more information, see Searching a Promotion Code within a Specific Promotion.

INTEGRATION HUB: Released Elastic Path Commerce Cloud Node Product Association Import V5 (both US & EU). The number of node-product relationships that are created in a single API call has been decreased from 100 to 20. Inbound records that specify more than 20 relationships are split into multiple API calls.

MAJOR Commerce Manager: A new Nodes view is now available in Product Experience Manager > Configurations. The Nodes view arranges nodes in a tree-like structure, enabling you to see at a glance the relationships between your nodes and making navigation easier between nodes. You can move nodes by dragging and dropping them between other nodes, enabling easier management of your nodes. For more information, see Hierarchies.

MAJOR We have introduced a new field called auto_add_free_gift into the Free Gift Promotion type where free gifts are automatically added to the shopping cart for all the eligible products. For more information, see Promotions Overview section. This feature is still a work in progress.

Additionally, in Commerce Manager, we have also introduced the Automatically add free gift items to the cart toggle to add free gifts automatically to the shopping cart. For more information, see Creating Free Gift Promotions.

MINOR We have introduced a new optional field to the Orders API, known as external_ref. This field is designed to store external references from other company systems, enhancing seamless integration between our platform and external entities. For more information, see Update an Order.

Additionally, in Commerce Manager, we have also introduced a new field called External Reference ID, both on the order page and when filtering an order. For more information, see Orders.

MAJOR When managing Application Keys, you now have the ability to specify the minimum number of requests per second that are allowed, reserving a rate limit for each key. This enables you to finely adjust the performance and availability of your applications that are integrated with our platform. For more information, see Application Keys Overview.

Additionally, in Commerce Manager, we have added a new Requests per second field. This field allows you to enter the reserved rate limit for the key when Creating an Application Key.

MINOR Commerce Manager: You can now generate a delta file with all the contents of a catalog release from Commerce Manager. For more information, see Using Catalog Delta Files.

MAJOR Added new endpoints to create an asynchronous job to generate and export promotion codes. For more information, see Create Promotion Codes Generation Job and Create Promotion Codes Export Job. Additionally, we have also added endpoints to view all promotion Jobs and exported codes file in CSV format. See Get Promotion Jobs and Get Promotion Codes Exported File.

In Commerce Manager:

  • We have removed the generate code button under the Add a single code tab.
  • We updated the Bulk generate codes tab to create a large number of unique codes and export them in CSV format. You can use the Bulk generate codes tab to generate either a single code or multiple codes. For more information, see Adding a Single Code, Generating Bulk Codes, and Managing Export Codes.

MINOR In Commerce Manager:

  • Removed store type label previously displayed next to store names, and replaced with STORE label instead to help distinguish from when a user is managing an Organization.
  • Added rate limit details for stores under SYSTEM > Store Settings > General Settings, which have been reorganized to group together related settings.

MINOR Commerce Manager: A new list filter in Products Experience Manager > Products enables you filter to your product list for a list of attributes that you provide. For example, you can provide a list of product IDs so that only the products whose IDs you have listed are displayed in your product list. For more information, see Filtering Products.

MAJOR Commerce Manager: You can now curate your products in your nodes products lists. Product curation allows you to promote specific products within each node in a hierarchy, enabling you to create unique product collections in your storefront. For more information, see Curating Products.

MINOR Bug fix: Fixed a bug to stop building base products when the product is already part of a bundle.

MAJOR You can now migrate all version 2 capabilities, for example, Products, Extended Data, Brands, and Collections to Product Experience Manager. For more information, see Elastic Path Commerce Cloud Legacy to PXM Catalogs Migration.

MAJOR Stores can use organization templates and fields. However, the store-level entries associated with an Organization template appears only at the store level. For more information, see PXM Product Templates Overview and Add Flow Entries to Add data for your Products.
