Account Tags

Use Account Tags to dynamically group shoppers with similar traits and tailor promotions just for them.

Creating Account Tags

  1. Go to Orders > Accounts.
  2. Go to the Account Tags tab.
  3. Click New account tag.
  4. Fill in the required Tag Name and optionally the Description.
  5. Click Save to create the Account Tag.

Edit Account Tag

  1. Go to Orders > Accounts.
  2. Go to the Account Tags tab.
  3. Click on the Account Tag from the list to edit or click on the icon and click Edit.
  4. Edit the desired fields.
  5. Click Save to save the changes.

Search by Account Tag Name

  1. Go to Orders > Accounts.
  2. Go to the Account Tags tab.
  3. Enter the search keywords in the search box and then hit the Enter key.

Delete Account Tag

  1. Go to Orders > Accounts.
  2. Go to the Account Tags tab.
  3. Check the checkbox of the target Account Tag(s). You can multi select or select all from the first checkbox.
  4. Click Delete selected to delete the selected Account Tags. You can Clear selection to unselect.

Associating Account Tags to Account(s)

  1. Go to Orders > Accounts.
  2. Check the checkbox of the target Account(s)
  3. Click Add account tags located above the list. The Bulk add account tags dialog will show up.
  4. In the dialog, click Add and select the desired Account Tag(s). You can also search for Account Tag.
  • Create new tag will take you to create Account Tag view. After creating the new tag, you can come back to assign the tags.
  1. Click Add tags.

View Associated Accounts

  1. Go to Orders > Accounts.
  2. Go to the Account Tags tab.
  3. Click on the one of the Account Tags.
  4. On the Edit view, you can see Number of associated accounts.
  5. Click on View accounts will redirect you to the Accounts list page showing the associated accounts.

Remove Associated Account Tags

  1. Go to Orders > Accounts.
  2. Check the checkbox of the target Account(s)
  3. Click Remove account tags located above the list. The Bulk remove account tags dialog will show up.
  4. In the dialog, click Add and select the desired Account Tag(s). You can also search for Account Tag.
  5. Click Remove tags.
