Managing Customers

In Commerce Manager, go to CUSTOMERS AND ACCOUNTS > Customer to manage customers.

Searching Customers

To search customers, do the following:

  1. Choose either Name or Email.
  2. Select one of the following options:
    • is
    • is like
    • ends with
    • starts with
  3. Enter the desired value in the Find customer field.
  4. Click Search.

Creating Customers

  1. Click New Customer to create a new customer.
  2. In the Basic Information section, enter the following details:
    • Name
    • Customer Email
    • Password
    • External Reference, if any.
  3. Click Save.

Editing Customers

You can add one or more addresses to the customer details or modify their basic information.

  1. Select the customer from the list.
  2. Modify the Name, Customer Email, Password, or External Reference if required.
  3. Modify the Custom Fields section if required.
  4. Click Add a new Address.
  5. Enter the details of the customer address, add any instructions, and then click Save.
  6. Click Save.
