Creating & Managing Price Books

When creating a price book, you are building a list of SKUs and corresponding prices for that price book. You can create multiple price books for different catalogs or selling contexts, ensuring that your pricing strategies align with your business goals.

Price Book Creation Flow:

1. Creating a new Price Book requires a name and description.
2. SKUs are assigned to a Price Book. A single SKU can appear in multiple Price Books.
3. Currencies displayed in your price book are configured in your store settngs. If a currency value is left blank, it will not appear in the corresponding storefront.
4. Price Books are linked to one or more catalogs. A catalog requires a minimum of 1 Price Book to be published, but can have up to 5 Price Books.
5. You can create or update thousands of prices in bulk using the Price Book Importer.
