Moving Subscription to Another Account

At this time, it's not currently possible to transfer a paid subscription between two (or more) Studio accounts. That said, the same end result can be achieved by following the below steps:

  1. Cancel the paid plan of one of your accounts by requesting a cancellation via Elastic Path Support.
  2. Log into the account you'd like to Upgrade and navigate to settings.
  3. From here, select Upgrade and complete the in-app upgrade flow.
