Updating Proration Policies

You can update a proration policy at any time. For any subscriptions that are using the updated proration policy, the changes are also applied.

To update a proration policy:

1. Go to Subscriptions > Dunning and Prorations.

2. Select Proration Policies.

3. Select the proration policy you want to edit.

4. When updating a proration policy:

   • You can change the name of an existing policy.
   • You can update rounding.
   • You cannot remove any required attributes, such as Name or rounding.

5. Select Save.
