Remove a pricing option from an offering

DELETE 
/subscriptions/offerings/:offering_uuid/pricing-options/:pricing_option_uuid

After saving an offering, you can remove pricing options from it at any time.

Removing a pricing option from an offering does not affect any existing active subscriptions. The changes take effect on all new subscriptions that are created.

Success. The subscription pricing option is no longer associated with the offering.
