Price Book Stacking and Dynamic Pricing

Price Book Stacking allows you to configure multiple price books for the same catalog and assign priority levels. This means a product can inherit pricing from multiple price books, with the highest-priority price taking effect. This is useful for applying promotions, discounts, or specific regional pricing to a base price.

Dynamic Pricing Strategies

Dynamic Pricing involves changing product prices in real-time based on factors like inventory levels, demand, or customer data. You can configure your Price Books to adapt prices dynamically, ensuring that your pricing strategy remains competitive while maximizing revenue.

Applied Example: During a holiday sale, Playtend Games can stack a seasonal sale price book on top of the regular price book for all products, allowing for a temporary discount without changing the base prices.
