Overview
In Commerce Manager, an Org Admin can manage both organization and stores.
Home Page
Log into Commerce Manager.
Select Organizations or Stores depending on what you want to manage.
(Optional) If you select Organizations, the Your organizations page is displayed.
On the Your organizations page, select the organization you would like to manage from the list.
The list of all stores within your organization is displayed.
Select the store you would like to manage from your organization.
(Optional) If you select Stores, the Your Stores page is displayed. Select the store you want to manage from the list.
(Optional) To go back to the organizations home page, go to your profile and click Go back to org.
Alternatively, you can go to your profile and click stores, and then click Elastic Path logo to go back to the organizations home page.
Creating a New Store in Organizations
Log into Commerce Manager.
Select Organizations. The Your organizations page is displayed.
On the Your organizations page, select organization you would like to manage from the list.
Click Create new store at the top-right corner once you land in your selected organization.
Enter a name for the store in the Store name field.
Click Create.
A new store with the provided name is created.
Searching Stores
You can search for a specific store from the Stores in this Organization list.
- In the Search field, enter name of the store that you want to search.
- Click search.
Team Management
The Commerce Manager home page provides an option to invite your team members to your organization. You can manage your team members from SYSTEM > Organization Settings > Team Management tab.
Inviting Team Members
- Click Invite User on the Organization Settings page. The User Details dialog box is displayed.
- In the Email field, enter the email address of the user you would like to invite.
- Click Save.
Deleting Team Members
- In the Actions column, on the Organization Settings page, click the three dots associated with the name of the user.
- Click Delete to delete a team member from an organization. This action cannot be undone.
