    Filtering Products

    You can filter your products. The filter options that are available depend on the attribute you have chosen to filter your products on. The following table describes the filter options for each attribute.

    Filtering in Commerce Manager is case-sensitive.

    The filter options are displayed. The options that display depend on the attributes you have selected. The following table describes the filter options available for each attribute.

    Depending on your requirements, you can configure more than one filter at a time. For example, you may want to find all products whose name start with T-Shirt and whose SKU is like 287.

    FilterOption
    NameSelect either starts with, is, is like, ends with and then type the value you want to use.
    SKUSelect either starts with, is, is like, ends with and then type the value you want to use. In addition, you can filter your product list by selecting list and specifying a list of SKUs. Only the products whose SKUs you have specified are shown.
    DescriptionSelect either starts with, is, is like, ends with and then type the value you want to use.
    Commodity TypeSelect either Physical or Digital.
    UPC/EANSelect either starts with, is, is like, ends with and then type the value you want to use.
    MPNSelect either starts with, is, is like, ends with and then type the value you want to use.
    StatusSelect either Live or Draft.
    FlowsSelect a template from the list. In Attributes, select an attribute from the list. In FIelds/Value, select a field/value form the list. You can only select one attribute from one template at a time.
    OwnerSelect either Store or Organization.

    The following procedure describes how to create a filter.

    1. Click Products.

    2. Click Filters. A list displays the attributes you can filter on.

    3. From the list, select the attributes you want to filter your products on. The filter options are displayed. The options that display depend on the attributes you have selected.

    4. Configure your filter. See the table above for a description of the filter options available for each attribute you can filter your products on.

    5. Once you have configured your filter, either:

      • Press Enter to automatically apply your filter.
      • Click Apply Filters.

      Commerce Manager displays the number of products that match your filter.

    6. Your filters are retained even when you navigate away from the filter results. You can remove your filters at any time by, either, removing an individual filter or, clicking Clear All.

    Filter query parameters are available in the URL. Bookmark your filter URL to automatically activate that filter without having to reapply the filter each time.
