Managing Active Subscriptions

You can view and update the active plans in subscriptions.

  • Viewing the active plans for a subscription enables you to see what products and services a subscriber is paying for. This makes it easier for you to understand any immediate changes a subscriber might want, such as increasing their data limit or accessing premium features.
  • Changing a subscriber's active plan means you can adapt a subscribers plan in real-time, ensuring subscriber needs are met and improving satisfaction.

Viewing Active Subscriptions

To view all active subscriptions:

  1. Log in to Commerce Manager.
  2. Go to Subscriptions > Subscribers.
  3. Select the subscriber whose active plans you want to view. All their subscriptions, with their current status, are displayed.

Changing an Active Plan

You can change the active plan on a subscription:

  1. Log in to Commerce Manager.
  2. Go to Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  3. Select the subscription whose active plan you want to change.
  4. On the plan that you want to change to, select Actions > Make Active.
